Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• During festive seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

• Orders are shipped through trusted and insured courier partners.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Locations: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible or contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photographs of the package and product.
